Taj Mahal impresses me on each visit. Whenever possible I enter the complex as early as possible, as soon as it is open to visitors, just after sunrise. In winter and early spring, the mausoleum is often shrouded in fog at that time of the day. As the sun rises, it warms the air up, causing evaporation of the tiny water droplets. And when that happens, Taj Mahal slowly appears: to my and – undoubtedly – other visitors’ delight. A charming scene. The one I wish to photograph and capture at least a small piece of that delight.
